As a counselor, I use an integrative, creative, trauma-informed approach to support personal, professional, and artistic recovery.

Since Covid-19, I spent time reflecting more deeply on the work I do in the world — as a counselor, dramaturge, director, actor, playwright, and workshop facilitator.

I wanted to understand what truly connects all of these roles, and what I am consistently offering to others.

What became clear is that everything I do is rooted in a Creative Cycle of Care — a way of working that supports personal, professional, and artistic transformation through attention, creativity, and relationship.

And along the way, I came to understand something else:

Sometimes it takes the strength of a revolution to thrive.

For me, that truth lives at the center of this work. Real care — the kind that leads to healing and change — asks for courage. It asks us to question old patterns, sit with discomfort, and choose honesty over numbing. That kind of courage is not harsh or forceful; it is deeply human.

This is why I now speak of the work as an invitation to Tender-Hearted Recovery.

Recovery that does not harden us.
Recovery that makes room for creativity, vulnerability, and care.
Recovery that honors both resilience and softness.

This is how I hold space.
This is how I listen.
This is how I work.

If you are curious about this process — and how the Creative Cycle of Care might support you — I invite you to reach out for an initial free consultation. We can explore together what kind of care, recovery, and forward movement feels right for you.

You don’t have to rush.
And you don’t have to do it alone.

I offer online counseling and coaching via Zoom.
